The Belly Wrap is easy to Put On:

  1. Lie on your back
  2. Lift hips and slide belt under you, printed side facing your body
  3. Flat end of belt must be on your right side
  4. Wrap the flat end to your left hip 2-3cm below your cut
  5. Wrap the double tab end to your right side and attach
  6. Place underwear outside the belt
