Return Policy

Return/Refund/Exchange/Restocking:

Please choose your products carefully as South Africa Health Codes prevents Precious Package CC from taking returns on undergarments with the exception of defective products. The Belly Wrap is considered an undergarment and may not be returned if worn.  There is a 50% restocking fee on return items that are unused but opened. Exchange items do not carry a restocking fee, however, please note requirements of product condition on return, to qualify for an exchange.

Try on the belt over clothing, and refold with it fastened and flat, in order to return. We scrutinize garments for compliance.

If you determine that the product needs to be changed or returned please contact our office: info@bellywrap.co.za. We need to be notified immediately of any issues on receipt of the product.

If sizing is an issue, exchanges shall be made in a timely manner. If you are unsure of your correct size use our sizing chart online, or email us your:

  1. Height
  2. Weight
  3. Stage of pregnancy in weeks
  4. Circumferential belly measurement (done 4cm below belly button & over top of hips)

Please write your ORDER NUMBER & EXCHANGE or RETURN on the outside of package for easier exchange. Unopened/unused items must be returned to – Precious Package CC, PO Box 416, Umhlanga Rocks, 4320, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.

Shipping is not refunded and customers must pay for shipping back to Precious Package CC. No exchanges or returns will be refunded 30 days after purchase of product.

NOTE: Precious Package CC recommends that you use Speed Services Couriers (South African Postal Services) or Aramex courier (offered from most Pick n Pay stores) for all returns as they offer shipment tracking through a 24 hour customer helpline. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost, then no refund or return will be considered.

International customers should make use of a courier that offers:

  1. Shipment tracking
  2. Insure your package for safe return and declare the full value of the shipment failing which loss or damage will be for your account.

Precious Package CC Exchange Policy:

To exchange any item purchased from www.bellywrap.co.za, please place a new order online and return your original purchase with your client order number and EXCHANGE clearly labeled on the outside of the shipping box. Please be advised of the following information:

  1. If the item is stretched, worn, washed or soiled, the garment will not pass our quality control testing and a refund will not be given.
  2. If your item is tried on or worn for any length of time, it starts to form to the shape of your body and is not exchangeable. This will not pass our quality control testing and a refund will not be given.

Returns: Upon receiving your item back, you will be refunded 50% of the purchase price should you not wish to purchase an alternate size/colour of the same product line.

Products that do qualify for a return must meet the following conditions:

  1. Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving goods in order to receive a refund/exchange.
  2. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all additional contents.
  3. Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
  4. Used merchandise will either be discarded or sent back to you at your expense.

You will be responsible for all shipping charges. Packages mailed back C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) will not be accepted. It is strongly recommended that you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. Until our warehouse confirms receipt and quality check, we are unable to issue a refund. We are not responsible for lost packages. Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our warehouse receiving your item. All returns will be paid via EFT to your bank account (you will be requested to provide banking details via email, once we have assessed your returned product for compliance).

Manufacture Defect:

If you have received damaged goods, please contact us immediately after receiving the product via email on info@bellywrap.co.za. Please inspect the belt and try it on before going to the Hospital. We sincerely want to meet your needs but know that there is a small risk of minor issues with stitching/Velcro fastenings going unnoticed on quality check.

Precious Package CC warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship. We stand behind all of our products and will either repair or replace free of charge during the first 15 working days after purchase any binder that does not meet our high standards. Proof of purchase is necessary. We require that the product be sent to us directly so we can confirm the defect and make a decision on whether to repair or replace the item.
